CI: simplify config
...
- Nowadays `sudo false` is not needed anymore.
- Updating Homebrew takes much longer than running the actual tests. Just use
the old Vim version installed by default on macOS.

Tests: use the latest Vim
...
Testing on travis-ci would fail due to a bug in Vim 7.3. Tests now compile the
latest Vim from source before testing.
