* Add Handlers for Ritual of Crushing

Fixes the crushing ritual's corrosive will augment.

* Simplify Handler Class

Use Primitives, ensure return value is non-null

* Make the Handler Handle Draining Per Use

* Revert "Make the Handler Handle Draining Per Use"
